Black Creek Group was built on a long-standing partnership between Jordan Nott and Nicholas Francis, shaped by more than 20 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses across multiple sectors. Over 10+ years, they have applied that operating mindset to real estate development, staying directly involved at every stage of every project. With completed projects delivering an average return of more than double the original investment, Black Creek Group reflects principled leadership, shared accountability, and a genuine commitment to lasting value.
